1. Eligibility and Restricted Use

To register and use naga8.bet, a player must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during their use of the platform:

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be required at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.
  2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, agencies and bots are not permitted to register or place bets.
  3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

  5. You must not be an employee, director, agent or contractor of naga8, or a close family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

naga8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements. In such cases, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method where technically possible.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on naga8. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances. KYC Verification

naga8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identification card, passport or driver's licence, alongside proof of address — before withdrawal requests are processed. naga8 may also require source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.

Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. naga8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account access details. You must:

  • Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
  • Never share your password or login credentials with any third party, including family members.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players are solely responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your naga8 account balance promptly following confirmation from your payment provider. naga8 does not charge a fee for deposits made through the supported Bangladesh payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. naga8 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. naga8 processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe following approval. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where possible, as part of naga8's anti-money-laundering procedures. Players must ensure that any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus is satisfied before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

naga8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional verification, including but not limited to identity checks, source-of-funds documentation, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. 4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

naga8 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000, alongside other periodic promotions for existing players. All bonus offers are subject to these Terms and any specific T&C published alongside the promotion. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's T&C and these general Terms, the specific promotion T&C shall take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

  • Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1 of these Terms.
  • Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
  • Bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple is stated in the specific promotion terms. Rollover is calculated on the sum of the deposit plus the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
  • naga8 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of a software error.
  • Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the player's account.

naga8 reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of any such change will be honoured. 5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from naga8.bet without the prior written consent of naga8 or the relevant rights holder.

The naga8 brand name, logo and all associated trade marks are the property of naga8. Unauthorised use of any naga8 trade mark, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

naga8 provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, naga8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. naga8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components, although naga8 takes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform security and availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, naga8's total aggregate liability to any player for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of naga8.bet shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. naga8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not naga8 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your naga8 account, any game result, a bonus calculation, or a payment transaction, you should first contact naga8 customer support at [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. naga8 aims to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. 8. Amendments, Termination and Contact

Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. naga8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where naga8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Upon termination, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method where technically feasible.
